Returning
All returned goods have to be sent back to us within 7 days.
Damaged goods should be notified as soon as you received the parcel.
This will then be proceeded through the shipping company if you shipped your order with our contractor Shenker.
If you choose to have your parcel picked up by your own contractor Vodabox will not participate in any helping or refunding of money or garments.

Refunds
We only refund in case were we have sent completely different items compared to what you ordered.
